Overview:

Led launch and go-to-market strategy for new vended online solution, Beating the Blues. Deliverables included a launch and communications plan, internal sales training, collateral, web content, targeted direct mail and ongoing employer and broker promotions.

Results:

Grew engagement in Beating the Blues by 104% in its second year and 57% in it's third year through collaboration with a team of business, data scientist, communication, operational and research partners.

Overview:

Co - lead a two-year experience project to improve the Healthy Pregnancy experience for members and patients who are pregnant or trying to conceive. Key project components included: A proposal, charter, experience map, business requirements document, web charter, platform move, emails, incentives, automating manual operations.

Results:

  • Increased those identified for support by 48%

  • Increased completion of the assessment by 9%

  • Realized an annual affordability cost savings of nearly $900k

  • Improved operations by automating manual processes

  • Increased visibility and accountability of the experience across the business
